Research On Value Chain Integration Of Small And Edium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises Based On PSS

China is in the process of urbanization and industrialization.The problems of resource exhaustion and environmental pollution become more serious,and the advantages of labor cost is weakened,so the environment of traditional manufacturing enterprises has changed greatly and the traditional product economy is in transition to a service economy,service becomes more and more important.In order to overcome the low value-added pressure in the value chain and achieve considerable development,Chinese traditional manufacturing enterprises must transform to the servitization business to expand product value-added and seek new profit growth space.Servitization of industry is the core of the new economic era.Traditional manufacturing industry has gradually changed from producing only goods to providing integrated deal with products and services.Product service system(PSS)emerges as an effective way of servitization transformation.The purpose of value chain integration is to make traditional manufacturing enterprises renew their vitality,change their own value chain processes,and provide customers with the combination of "products+services" under the new environment.It is no longer limited to the low-cost strategy of manufacturing,create new profit growth space,and enable enterprises to obtain and maintain competitive advantages as well as meet the needs of customers to realize their own servitization.This paper combines the theory of service and value chain integration.Firstly,this paper studies the servitization path of different types of PSS,and summarizes the integration mode of SME value chain including value chain break-down,outsourcing,merger and alliance;Then,by considering the characteristics of different types of PSS,the selection and implementation strategies of the internal and external value chain integration mode are discussed.Based on the theory of economic value added,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of servitization value chain under different PSS and constructs corresponding evaluation system.From the perspective of the value added in servitization value chain,the integration effect is evaluated by multi-level intuitionistic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,this paper takes KL,a small and medium-sized cleaning equipment manufacturer as an example to make an empirical analysis and give some suggestions on servitization value chain integration.It is expected to provide some ideas and references for the servitization of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in the value chain integration,and they can implement the value chain integration to promote the process of servitization.This paper can also play a certain guiding and enlightening role for the extension of traditional manufacturing industry to the service field in China.
