The contemporary era is a knowledge-based economy era. The character of knowledge-based economy that is the heart of human is humanistic. And culture management is the key to mobilize the most valuable resource of human enthusiasm and creativity in enterprise. Entrepreneur is soul and leading role of enterprise-management. Diversity of entrepreneur culture resolves different management style and model. Probing into cultural capital of entrepreneur can deepens research of corporate culture, heightens entrepreneur quality, promotes entrepreneur management efficiently to bring about overstep development in the diversify culture environment. So culture capital of entrepreneur research is an important question in research of corporate culture.Marxism considers that labor is the kind essence of human beings, and the practice of labor is the fundamental motive source for the development of history. We may know that cultural capital, one of the modern capitals, is a special cultural resource through mental working and education imparting, when we discard the narrow idea on capital of economics and take as a conference the French Sociologist and Philosopher Pierre Bourdieu's concept that capital is accumulated labor. This article bases on the definition of culture, starts from cultural capital, quote the specific capital that is, exists in individual subject, and elaborates the term of culture capital of entrepreneur.
