The Research On Vehicle Logistics Planning Of Brilliance Jinbei Automotive Corporation

Based on the theory of automobile logistics, this paper states the concept of logistics management and the theory of inventory. According to the present management situation of Brilliance Jinbei Automotive Corporation, it pointes out the problems existing in the auto sale network and the stock plan of the company, and aimed at the above problems, the paper puts forward the logistics programming project for retail center of the company.Through analyzing the auto sales logistics system, it sets up the basic structure of the auto sales logistics distribution network. And then it groups the distribution regions of the auto sales logistics network. Then in order to minimize the logistics distribution cost, the paper constructs and solves the theoretical model for choosing the location of the distribution center, so as to confirm the location of the auto sale logistics distribution center. With statistics method, it defines the reasonable inventory of several distribution centers to satisfy the customer demands of the sale networks.In the end, on the basis of analyzing the problems, this paper brings up some suggestions, including applying information technologies to strengthen logistics management of auto logistics management and inventory control, constructing suppliers centrally-managing inventory, introducing the third party logistics management model and restructuring internal and external relationships of the company, so as to improve the whole economic benefits of the auto sales logistics for the Brilliance Jinbei Automotive Corporation.
