Market economy’s heated competition for enterprise leads to talented person value reached unprecedented heights. So the nature of human resources become the key factor of every enterprise develop strategy.Recruitment is the initial step of the human resources activities and certain channel for enterprise to attract or seek appropriate personnel to fill openings in the working process.Now,if you can be at low cost and high efficient recruitment to require appropriate personnel in a short time,the formation of the core competitiveness of enterprise is undoubtedly good.However,shortcomings of the traditional recruitment methods make it incresingly difficult to satisfy diversified and individual employee choosing demand of business enterprises.As a new development direction of human resources outsourcing,recruitment outsourcing has attracted more and more attentions and favors.Chossing recruitment outsourcing service provider is the key of the recruitment outsourcing successful implementation.In order to help enterprises to determine the most suitable outsourcing partner,this paper systematiclly studied the recruitment outsourcing service provider of the evaluation system.Firstly,this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars on the research status of human resources outsourcing and recruitment outsourcing,including the definition,motivation,advantages and service evaluation and the risks. Secondly,based on the five outsourcing theory and the analysis about them,deducing two advantages of enterprise recruitment outsourcing is improve competitiveness and reduce cost and infering the recruitment outsourcing service provider evaluation index system.At last,with the example of R company recruitment outsourcing service provider choosing,the specific show the use of the above index system and evaluation method,in order to give recruitment outsourcing service provider evaluation a clear understanding from theory to practice.
