With the fast development of global economy,more and more countries and international companies begin to invest in China。The international company choose the way to build the Sino-foreign joint venture,and now this way is the best. The employees are form different countries and they have different culture backgrounds,It is necessary fore the company to manage the different culture to succeed。So,many experts and scholars pay more attention on the acculturation。Culture conflict and culture syncretism are two of the most important stage of acculturation。In order to analyse the culture conflict,the culture difference become the point。Then it analyses the meaning of culture difference, cross-culture character,expressional form of culture difference,culture conflict sort,the conflict on different stage of peration。At last ,it puts forward the culture conflict analysis model in the Sino-foreign joint venture。If you use different way to solve culture conflict,the result is different。In order to syncretize different culture,the essay advances the culture syncretism model and concrete ways on the basis of the way of solving conflict。The study of Sino-foreign joint-venture on culture conflict and culture syncretism wants to find the way to solve the cross-culture management problems,and builds the analysis frame for the Sino-foreign joint-venture in order to help the company to make decision。At last , the case points out the present problems in the Sino-foreign joint-venture and puts forward strategies and ideas。...
