The traditional barriers function has been reduced gradually. However, TBT has higher stealth &lower diaphaneity and is hard to supervise and forecast, developed countries prefer it. As the electronic products updating is speeded up in developed countries, the problem of electronic garbage is also becoming austere day by day. RoHS,WEEE and EuP directive are given birth in the above background. Although the institution of the two directives mainly considered to reduce the adverse affections of electronic garbage on district circumstance and resource, such as protecting the healthiness and safety of the inhabitant and maintaining customers'benefit and so on. But when implemented, the three directives have been formed factual and technical barriers to trade to developing countries especially our country, that is, green barrier with environment protection as principal part. The green technical barrier to trade baffles the development of international trade between our country and EU, and does harm to both benefits, moreover, it is more serious to import of China's relative superior industry.Firstly this paper discusses the causes of technical barriers to trade in the process of international trade and its current developing condition, then expatiates the influence on China'export. After the introduction of the system of EU technical barriers to trade, it emphasizes the specific provisions and characters of RoHS,WEEE and EuP Directives and influence on China import to EU. At last, some countermeasures are derived based on the analysis of the construe of this Directive. And a early alarm method raised according to author's working experience.
