The New Economy with the information technology and economic globalization as representation is dramatically rebuilding the market and changing the way of enterprise operation. Most Industries faced the status of supply exceeding demand. The competition is vehement day by day. The pressures to survive faced by the enterprise are increasing. At the same time, the diversification of customer's demands also is increasing. It makes the enterprise hard to fit. With the development of economy globalization, the enterprises not only face the mainland competition, but also exposure to the overseas competitor. How to fit the status and improve the ability to struggle in the economic tide is the question that every enterprise must think over.Since 1990's, BPR (Business Process Reengineering) has become a hot topic and was regarded as another revolution of business management after the TQM (Total Quality Management) theory. The idea of BPR is to review and redesign enterprise's process and reengineer new process, according to the change of competitive environment and the demands of customs. The performance of BPR will break down the limit of functional departments and construct a new organization, which is process-based and operated by different teams.This dissertation introduces the concept and chief content of BPR and organization transformation firstly, then analyzes the relationship between BPR and organization transformation. Based on the thought of BPR, the fourth chapter of this dissertation puts forward an organization structure based on process and a method to form the process-based teamwork, researches the support system of process-based organization in-depth and sets forth to construct the organization of network enterprise, in the end, puts forward organization harmony designing based on process. The fifth chapter studies the concurrent works of enterprise organization transformation based on BPR strategy.
