Team's emotional intelligence is the last result of the conformity among the team members, It reflects the ability of a team to apperceive, appraise,adjust and express all kinds of the emotional informations among the organization, and this ability can help a team to adapt the work environment better,to improve the relationship among the team members, tocarry out the team performance. So to study the Team's emotional intelligence is becoming a intresting and difficult topic to organization behavior.This study aims at discussing the structure of Team's emotional intelligence and int's relationship with team performance. After summarizing the correlation literatures, Wo focus on two aspect: Study one ,we try to build a modelof the conformity for Team's emotional intelligence,and through confirmatory factor analysis ,we receiced the applicablity of three- dimensional stucture of Team's emotional intelligence, and discussed the characteristics of the Team's emotional intelligence on team scale,team found time,team style and team moment by Descriptive statistics and One-Way ANOVA. Study two, Through the mediator- Team Coherence,we built and analysised the relationship between Team's emotional intelligence and the team performance. we also found and examined the Team's emotional intelligence significantly impacts the team performance. And established multiple linear regression equation. We drew following conclusions:Firstly, Team's emotional intelligence is the last result of the conformity among the team members,team leader's emotional intelligence,the average emotional intelligenceof the team members and the the ability of the conformity for the team's emotional intelligence built the the three- dimensional stucture of Team's emotional intelligence.Secondly, the team's emotional intelligence has differencesin team scale ,team style and team moment.Thirdly, there are remarkable positive correlation relations betwen the team's emotional intelligence and the team performance. The average ability of the employees' emotional intelligence and he the ability of the conformity for the team's emotional intelligence can predict the team performance strongly.Fourthly, the team's emotional intelligence and the team performance is partly mediated by the team Coherence.
