Research Of Functional Framework In The System Of Project-oriented Enterprise Resource Planning

Nowadays, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has become a hot spot in the enterprise circles, especially in the manufacturing. And it has achieved impressive result in the Occidental enterprise ,whereas the effect of ERP in project-oriented enterprises of our country is not so satisfying. Moreover, the current market environment has put forward exigent requirement to the implement of ERP in the project-oriented enterprises.The writer worked for an implement of ERP system in a project-oriented enterprise and read a large number of documents, then pick-up project-oriented enterprises'universal demand for ERP project and points out the differences between general manufacturing enterprise and project-oriented enterprises. The article points out the disadvantage in ERP system and in the theoretical studies in existence. Based on the concept of ERP and characteristics of project-oriented enterprises, the concept of Project-oriented Enterprise Resource Planning (P-ERP) is put forward. And through quantitative and qualitative analysis, we determine the performance of P-ERP. In this paper, P-ERP is made up of project management, sale, producing management, purchase management, stock management, financial management and document management modules, and project management is the core of all. This thesis analyzes the function of every module and the interface between modules. Finally taking an ERP implementation in a project-oriented enterprise as example, the above-mention system of P-ERP would be brought into effect.
