Property investment is an important force for economic growth. Excessive or delayed investment will affect the smooth development of the economy. It is the basic to deal with the relationship between the short-term investment plans and long-term effect properly. With the further development of market economy, both investment and the main market players, namely, enterprises should bear all the responsibility and risks. In the fierce competition, if an enterprise wants to be in an invincible position, except for strict corporate governance, building institution, conquering lower production costs, activating marketing ideas, the most important factor is investment decision. Scientific and reasonable investment decision-making, will help to control the size of the business, structural optimization and efficiency, on the contrary is not the case. When fuzzy mathematical methods are used to solve these problems, it may have a multiplier effect.This article focuses on the application of fuzzy mathematical methods in several aspects of the real estate investment decision-making.First, we applied analog analysis methods and fuzzy cluster analysis model, divided the real estate market of the countries A,B,C from the 1990s'till now, and carried out a cluster analysis. It is shown from the results that there is some similarity between the real estate market of country B and C in 1960-1980 and the characteristics of China's real estate market at this stage in the existence of the real estate market overheating. The government should take effective measures to prevent financial risks which are brought about by overheating in the real estate market.Second, we used fuzzy mathematics methods and the existing assessment data and gave an estimate the price of real estate quickly and objectively.Third, in order to improve the original method of real estate forecasts for saling, we combined with fuzzy and the specificity of the various factors impacting a single real estate sale, used fuzzy mathematics methods and constructed a new mathematical model. Its successful usage in practice, and good results display is high value of reference and application.Fourth, beginning with the basic concepts of fuzzy mathematics and models, we pointed out the feasibility and scientific of the model, and gave the general form and steps of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. Furthermore, we gave the ultimate real estate investment decision-making and explained with examples.
