The Foundation Of Value Flow Model About Informationization Enterprise And Its Assessment Index System

Nowadays,our enterprises confronted more and more pressures,the market competitive environmental was enlarged and the international competition was white and hot. In this time it has been the most important problem that we must consider how to keep the survive ability and seek to how to develop persistently. Otherwise, the stand point of the persistence development must be accordance with the target of the enterprise; it quests that the value must be maximized. The resource will flow to the higher efficiency enterprise from the lowers and realize the resource optimization distributing. In one word, the point is the value which is the persistence development of the enterprise when the function of gaining the profit is lost the enterprise will face to the crisis. When we get this point we will control the enterprise.Based on the above background and the needs of enterprises, we have the creative purpose of this paper. This article have four main parts, the basic theory , information enterprises value flow analysis,the foundation of value flow mold about informationization enterprise and its assessment index system .In the part of basic theory,have three theories. In the enterprise information theory, presentation information enterprise about the content and purpose, thus have the result of enterprises need informazation.In value chain theory, introduced the theory of the value chain the development of content and practical, about the value of value flow theory, from the value perspective ,we found it is helpful for enterprise decision .In the part of information enterprises value flow analysis, the author use a comparative analysis way. First,analyse the traditional business how to run,point out the need of companies put information. All the activities in enterprises is a value-added process;the process in every link of the value is a value-added process ;and the value creation is succession before and after the session with a flow the connection status, mutual influence.And the add-value contain production processes and sales part.The foundation of value flow mold about informationization enterprise, the papers introduced classic Marxist labor theory of value from the goods to meet customer needs for research starting point. The producter through sale tache become good, satisfy the client's need. At the same time, during producers production process, setting its abstract work. The abstract work on the one hand meet the customer demand for goods ,the other hand, the abstract work of corporate profits of major aspects. Enterprises must use the socially necessary labor time reasonablely , increase the magnitude of value products to maximize the value of enterprise customers and achieve "win-win" ideal state. From the value exhibition way, the author will put the value divided into dominant values and hidden value in two parts, and construction of the ienterprise information t value flow model, anddescript it .In the information enterprise value flow assessment index system,first established the impact of enterprise value-maximizing the value of the four main factors: production processes, IT infrastructure, enterprise organizational structure, business culture. Among them, production processes mainly reflected the company's dominant values, which, in the field have been more comprehensive study, the paper focused on the impact of the value of hidden elements to evaluate.
