Research On Electrical Power Enterprise Informatization Evaluation System

Below the global informatization, enterprise informationzation prove to be the inevitable choice for improving their competitive ability. As basic industry, power enterprises play the key role in the economic development, So Electrical Power Enterprise Informatization has vey important effect on all aspects of our society, So it attracts more attention.Though electrical power enterprise informatization have gotten great achievement, there exists some gap between domestic and international electrical power enterprise. Understanding and analyzing the status of power enterprise informatization, modeling evaluation system and evaluation model are the important study topic. the evaluation system can evaluate electrical power enterprise informatization, it can recognize problem and find the gap in the electrical power enterprise.This paper expound the necessity of electrical power enterprise informatization and modeling evaluation system and evaluation model, the connotation,constitute elements,content of construction, etc, are all be cleared, the difference between electrical power enterprise and other enterprises is analyzed and the key point of electrical power enterprise informatization is also acquired.This paper studied the domestic and international evaluation models, their merits demerits and applications are also be found. In order to find the influence factors on the value of electrical power enterprise informatization, the theories related enterprise informatization are studied deeply, and the evaluation system of electrical power enterprise informatization is modeled. This evaluation system try to evaluate the informatization from four respects:economic benefits, management system, social benefits, sustainable development. This evaluation system use the method Stratified, the layer becomes more and more details from the top to bottom and the third layer is the specific evaluation factor.With the deep analysing the particularity of electrical power enterprise, this paper points that it is the key step to get the evaluation method. So several evaluation methods are be studied, and a comprehensive evaluation model integrating the method of analytic hierarchy process, the method of grey relational analysis and the fuzz mathematical method is be proposed. This evaluation model and evaluation system are all applied to evaluate one power plant informatization, and the result proved that the evaluation model and evaluation system can reflect the construction of electrical power enterprise informatization and they have great practical value.
