Study On Evaluation System Of Enterprise Informatization Based On Evaluation Methodology

Comprehensive evaluation plays an important role in various aspects of society and economy. It is helpful and effective to promote scientific development and social progress. The application of comprehensive evaluation develops rapidly in recent years. However, there are still several problems that need to be solved in its theory and practice: the insufficiency of theory research; the rulelessness of evaluation process; the subjectivity in selection of index system and evaluation methods. A whole system of evaluation, which is objectie, effective and integrated, is in urgent demand. Hence, the dissertation focuses on the following aspects:Firstly, in order to standardize the evaluation process, this dissertation combines comprehensive evaluation process with the thoery of scientific methodology. Several questions have been discussed to lay the theoretical foundation for the designation of evaluation methodology system.Secondly, the evaluation methodology system is designed according to the three aspects of evaluation methods. This dissertation also puts forward the general procedure of evaluation methodology in order to provide guidance for the use of evaluation methodology.Thirdly, according to the characteristics of enterprise informationzation, this dissertation designs a model for the disignation of index system and the selection of evaluation method.Fourthly, with the evaluation model set up by the dissertation, data form 100 manufacturing enterprises in a certain city has been collected. The informatization level of these enterprises has been evaluated. The evaluation model is verified through the results of demonstration research.In the end, the research work done by this dissertation has been summarized and some prospects have been put forward.
