Logistics Enterprise Informatization Performance Evaluation Index System Design And Application

With the continuous development of logistics theory and the deepening of the logistics practice, the establishment of objective also requires that meet the needs of logistics performance evaluation index system of enterprise informatization, and determine the corresponding performance evaluation methods, in order to scientifically and objectively reflect the situation of the implementation of the logistics enterprise informatization. In this case, the establishment of a set of effective and workable logistics performance evaluation index system of enterprise informatization, help enterprises improve their management level, improve its informatization construction.First of all, this article consulte a large number of literature data, summarize the domestic and international theories about performance evaluation of logistics enterprise informatization, expounds the border of the logistics enterprise informatization and the concept of performance evaluation of enterprise information, which determines the research targets for the study.Secondly, this paper around the influence factors of logistics performance evaluation of enterprise information analysis, on the basis of principles of logistics performance evaluation index of enterprise information, combined with our country introduced about the planning of the construction of logistics documents, put forward the five level of logistics performance evaluation of enterprise information evaluation indicators:informatization infrastructure construction situation, business operation status, customer service, human resource and benefit index.Finally, in this paper, we study the theory of enterprise information, summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the comprehensive evaluation method and combine the characteristics of logistics enterprise informatization performance appraisal aspect, we propose the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, we use the method and performance evaluation of logistics enterprise informatization index system to analysis the enterprise of M.Research results and innovation points of this article is mainly manifested in the following two aspects:(1) summaring about logistics enterprise informatization performance evaluation at home and abroad and the Chinese government issued a series of documents, I puts forward the evaluation index system of performance evaluation of logistics enterprise informationization;(2) combining the comprehensive evaluation methods both at home and abroad and the characteristics of logistics enterprise informatization performance evaluation,we put forwards the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to annalysis the logistics enterprise informatization.
