Research On Farmer Households' Agricultural Investment Behavior In Xinjiang

Since 2004, three central"File No. one"about agriculture, rural and farmer have been raised continuously, which indicates China Central Committee take the issue of"agriculture, rural and farmer"as strategic height of socio-economic development, this issue become the important thing that draw people's attention again. The key to solve issue of"agriculture, rural and farmer"lies in finding out the economic behavior of farmer households. Therefore, researching on farmer households'agricultural investment behavior has important significance of improving farmer households'investment potentiality and promoting agricultural to grow continuously and stably. Xinjiang is a large agricultural province, agriculture occupies the important status in Xinjiang economic development, researching on Xinjiang farmer households'agricultural investment behavior has extremely practical significance of promoting Xinjiang agriculture to grow continuously and stably.This research proceeds from the overall condition of farmer households'investment and behavioral characteristic of investment, according to Xinjiang farmer households'relevant data during 1994-2005, applies gray related analysis to analyze twelve factors which may influence farmer households'agricultural investment, the result indicates that the behavior of farmer households'agricultural investment is mainly restrained by eight factors among twelve. In order to judge the influence degree and direction, introduces Douglas productive function and establishes the model of Xinjiang farmer households'agricultural investment, then evaluate the behavior of farmer households'agricultural investment and analyze the reason according to model, the results showed that the multiple effects of the resources farmers owned, agricultural technology and national system environment influence behavior of Xinjiang farmer households'agricultural investment.Based on the above findings, according to Xinjiang current rural development, set up mechanism of leading farmer households'to agricultural investment,as follows:. Guides farmer households to expense reasonably, keeps investment and expense in moderate scope, encourages farmer households to invest agriculture; Simultaneously forms the investment pattern of national impetus, improves farmer households'agricultural investment environment, guides farmer households to invest agriculture actively, guarantee agriculture to grow continuously and stably in Xinjiang.
