Research About Land Extensive Use Investigation For Rural Residential Area

At present, new countryside construction is in full swing, but the research about land extensive use for rural residential area just begins. Lack of systematic planning and efficient management for a long period, rural residential area shows the features of large occupation, large number and scattered distribution. Meanwhile, rural residential area has been manifested the problems of low-quality of land use, disordered expansion and invasion of cultivated land and bad and dirty environment as the process of economic development and urbanization has been speeded up. It is quite significant to conduct land extensive use for rural residential area under the background of sharp contradiction between mankind and land. On this basis, this paper studies investigating method of land extensive use for rural residential area, which is significant to seek the way to receive information from rural residential area fast and accurately oriented to local land management. Based on all these facts upward, the research and practice of investigating method of land extensive use for rural residential area has been carried out.On the precise of discriminating the connotation of rural residential area and its extensive use, this study has been made summary of method system of land extensive use investigation for rural residential area with interrelated theory and method of land investigation and remote sensing by the principle of serviced for land extensive use and evaluation. On this basis, it presents investigation method of land extensive use for typical rural residential area based on Google Earth which aims at countryside land management. With the case of Beijing, the empirical study and evaluation of achievements and has been carried out.(1)This paper is put forward technological routine to investigate land extensive use and evaluation for rural residential area, that is, to investigate special attribute correlative to land extensive use at the time of image drawing and adjusting. On this routine it is able to get thorough, accurate and comprehensive knowledge of the present situation of land extensive use for rural residential area, and provide support to land planning and policy making.(2)There is no systematic research about investigation method of land extensive use for rural residential area. This thesis has been made summary of system investigating methods of land extensive use for rural residential area to make reference for interrelated research through investigation of countless documents and systematic analysis.(3)Based on the summary of method system, aimed fast and accuracy, this study has been established investigating method of land extensive use for typical rural residential area based on Google Earth. This method shows the features of low error, high efficiency, low cost of manpower, material and financial resources, easy and reliable operation, well application and dynamics.(4)This paper takes Beijing for instance to be conduced empirical study with effect. At the same time, this method can be applied to remote investigation not based on Google Earth.
