The Study On Spatial Distribution And Planning Strategy Of Public Service Facilities In Zhejiang

Since reform and opening up, Zhejiang gradually becomes strong economic province of our country , enhancing economic strength greatly , accumulating solid material foundation and forming developed advantage in our country. While the economy of Zhejiang Province has developed rapidly, the public service facilities are not improved at the same time with the obviously little fiscal expenditure in this area, becoming a "short-board"s in urban development of Zhejiang Province.In this paper, based on《Implementation Strategy Study of Zhejiang Provincial Construction Culture Space》. against the "four strong system " strategic objectives in Zhejiang Province, investigated many evaluation System about public service facilities. evaluated and analysised the situation in the space allocation of the Zhejiang county (city) public service facilities, reviewed space differentiation characteristics, problems and causes of public service facilities in Zhejiang Province, the thesis carries out recommendation on the optimization strategy from the public service facilities, then optimizes space allocation.This thesis can be divided into five parts:The first part is introduction. Which introduces the background, significance, related concepts, research methods, framework and content of this topic, then brings up innovation of this study .The second part is divided into the theory and method of this thesis. Which introduce public service theory, facilities spatial layout doctrine and related evaluation index, that prepares theory for the thesis.The third part is the Chapter III of the paper. Which establishs the public service facilities space allocation level of Zhejiang Province evaluation system from the principle of index system seting up. the evaluation indicator, mathematical method and the choice of indicator and so on.The fourth part is the Chapter IV,V of the paper. The Chapter J\ summarizes and evaluates the public service facilities space allocation level of Zhejiang Province. The Chapter V analysises different characteristics of the public service facilities space allocation, then focuses on the problem.The fifth part is the Chapter VI,VII of the paper. Which concludes the impact reasons of public service facilities space layout, carries out recommendation on the optimization strategy from the public service facilities, prospects for follow-up study.
