The Study On Spatial Allocation Of Public Service Land In Jiayuguan City,Gansu Province,China

With the development of construction economy,the urbanization advancement speeds up unceasingly in our country.The public service facilities with complete types,perfect service and reasonable spatial distribution have become an important symbol of modern cities.As a space carrier of public service facilities,the rationality of spatial allocation of public service land could affect the efficiency and fairness of urban public service resources directly.This paper taken Jiayuguan as the research object,studied the spatial allocation of public service land from four aspects: Make a comprehensive evaluation of the development of public service in Jiayuguan in2010-2014;Analyzed the change of the public service land and spatial location of public services and urban land use structure change;Used the method of buffer analysis to analyze the rationality of space allocation of public service land;By comparing the spatial distribution and service scope of public service land in urban and rural,analysis of the fairness of urban and rural public service resources.Research results:(1)The public service level of Jiayuguan city increased year by year in2010-2014,the urban public service facilities have being improved,the public expenditure has a great role in promoting the development of urban public services,it can effectively promote the construction of urban facilities and improve the overall level of public services.(2)With the expansion of urban area of Jiayuguan,the public service land area increased,the proportion of public service land in urban built-up area is relatively stable,always stay at around 20%;The park green space in the area of public services accounted for about 50%,is the main part of urban public service land;the growth rate of different types of public service land is different,the area of park green space is fastest growing.(3)Public service sites in the spatial are close to residential areas and along the street;the service coverage of public service land is generally better,but part of thepublic service space allocation is unreasonable,resulting in a waste of public service resources and make adversely affect on the equalization of public service resources.(4)The difference of quality and quantity of public service land in urban and rural is obvious;the area of public service in township is small and the grade is low,due to the spatial dispersion of rural settlements,the service efficiency of public service in township is low and the service coverage is poor;In the future,he public finance investment of township should be increased,make the planning of urban public service space allocation reasonable,achieve the equalization of public services in urban and rural.
