Nowadays, under complex dynamic environment, the key to winning in the compition and getting the competitive advantage for the logistic enterprise is human capital management and development. There are so much result in human capital valuation.In the contrary, there is a little achievement about human capital value promotion. Carrying out value creation, the company's human capital individuals are forming enterprise's human capital from system integration, knowledge integration, demand integration and culture integration. Meanwhile, the value of individual human capital formates the value of enterprise human capital along behavior accumulation, capacity accumulation and cultural accumulation. Logisitc enterprise's human capital value is divided into explicit human capital value and implicit human capital value. And the latter can change into the former. The explicit human capital value can be reflected by total profit and remuneration. And the implicit human capital value can be reflected by learning and innovation ability, staff loyalty, corporate culture and corporate image.The "diamond" model for promoting human capital value in logistic corporation is based on value accumulation. The "diamond" model contains five methods:learning-oriented enterprises construction, creating excellent corporate culture, rational distribution of human capital, building a high-performance team, the development of the incentive system.Finally, approach case study, the article analyzes the problem about human capital value in the TBTL.The "diamond" model is used in the TBTL based on its feature. The paper proposes the programme of promoting human capital value based on the "diamond" model. Mining enterprises potential value of the human capital, the upgrading process is the process of getting competitive advantage, eventually people and enterprise fit each other.
