According to the people-oriented human resources management of modern enterprises,job satisfaction is concerned by us and is combined with career management.The article studies the different requirements of employees who are in different career stages.It researches the changes of factors which influent job satisfaction.The paper hopes to explore the association between them for the purpose of improving job satisfaction basing on career management.On the basis of the theoretical review,the article makes an empirical research combined with the special commercial enterprise.It selects the employees of Shandong Weibai Group as an investigation object.The initial questionnaire is Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire. Through question selection,the questionnaire used in the thesis concludes two sub-scales which are job satisfaction questionnaire and perception of career management questionnaire.The article makes the data analysis by using statistical software-SPSS11.5.Through factors analysis of the two sub-scales,the job satisfaction questionnaire is concluded into six factors which are job itself,meaning of work,leadership,sense of community, autonomy in work,rewards.The perception of career management questionnaire is concluded into three factors,which are organizational support and management,activities which can promote employees' career development,information communication and consulting of career development.The research firstly studies the current situation of employees' job satisfaction,then analyzes the influence of career management on job satisfaction.During the process,the article makes the difference studies considering the variables such as gender,age,education,duty,etc.The conclusion is:(1) The descriptive statistics analysis shows that the employees' satisfaction towards autonomy in work and rewards are in a bit lower level.(2) Employees different in gender,age and working age don't have remarkable different feelings of satisfaction,but there is some difference among employees who are different in education and duty.(3)The general correlation analysis of the two sub-scales shows that there is positive correlation among the factors.(4)The specific correlation study with demographic variables shows that organizational career management has different influence on job satisfaction with staffs that are different in age, education,working age and duty.The article hopes to expand the approach of HRM,such as career management,in practice by the synthesis of psychology and management.According to the empirical research findings, the paper would help to improve the organizational management and find a realistic way to enhance employees' job satisfaction on the basis of guiding.
