Study Of Scheduling Management Of The Expand Projects Of Power Plants

Based on the research on the relative lectures about the project management, this paper analyzes the status in quo of project management domestic and abroad,demonstrates the basic meaning of the project scheduling management, analyzes the characteristics of the expand project in the thermal power plant, finds out an operating scheme on the scheduling management of expand project in the thermal power plant, and does an empirical study on the expand project of Wanhe thermal power plant.Finally points out the problems that the project may merge during the process being under construction, gives some suggestions, which would have reference to the firms in the same and relative industry for more efficient project management.
