The Study In Construction Management Of The Third Desulphurization Projects Of Da Tong

Combining the current situation of thermal power plant's desulphurization management, this paper systematic analyse the problem existing in the management construction of the desulphurization project under the at present market condition, then explains the system which our company has set up:the matrix type management system while constructing and organizing in three desulphurization projects of Da Tong. At the base of the management idea which is "economy save, high-quality projects, managing high-efficient, course the safe",this project through controlling the fabrication cost,catching the quality, time limit and the safe to guarantee, insures the construction object of the whole project high-quality high-efficiently. The author hopes that this project can give other similar projects a beneficial example.
