| Be less competitive, there will be lack of market advantage for an enterprise to develop in a healthy and sustainable way, and will finally make it in danger of bankruptcy. With the reform of power system deepening, there will be much intensified competition in the power construction market. How to improve the competitiveness becomes the very importance in the living factors of this kind of enterprise. The development of theories and evaluation on enterprise competitiveness at home and abroad is first analyzed in this thesis, and then it discusses the competition environment and influencing factors based on the situation and characteristics of power construction enterprises. A set of competitiveness evaluation index system for the Hebei No.1 power Construction Company is established, and the practical evaluation is also made employing scientific and advanced evaluation method. Based on the analysis of evaluation results, it presented some suggestions on further improving the competitiveness of such kind of enterprises. |
