Project Management Study Of HBFC Product Development

As a creative activity,new product developing technology is a key target of enterprises core competitiveness,and also is a complicated activity which full of opportunity and venture. The enterprises who want to catch the marketing advantage through new product developing must strengthen their project management.At first, this paper made a brief introduction for the frame of reference of project management and new product development. Then, combining the knowledge of project management, analyzed the HBFC's field background and current problems in new products developing procedure. Also do a research on how to establish a better management system for new products development, and on how to establish relative management and standard operation procedures. Finally, made a research about the feasibility analysis, cost control, plan control of new product development taking the 3.3"shade pole motor developing as an example. It aims to be guidance for the project management of Hebei Five-continent Group's product developing in theory and practice.
