The project administration of enterprise is that the enterprises operation and management importance is composed of content. It is playing a more and more important role in the modern enterprises. The expectation effect examining and valuation it is concrete one project management to use personal influence. Currently, more and more enterprises know the important of the performance appraisal and start to put it into practice, but due to performance appraisal have many peculiarities such as: many-cause, many dimension, trends and appraisal man's sensibility factor, and so on, the appraisal difficult to acquire satisfaction effect. That is to say, in our country the performance appraisal is still in a low level. So it is urgent to study the performance appraisal in enterprises.The object of this text mainly focuses on the employ performance appraisal system of TS Company. It tried to find out a new way for enterprises to jump out the strange circle "to appraisal for appraisal" by designing the performance appraisal system of Company. The new way would help the managers to understand the performance appraisal better. It would also help to realize "low cost, easy operation, easily accepting and high efficiency" of the performance appraisal, and avoid the deficiencies of the present performance appraisal as far as possible , arouse the employees enthusiasm ,activity and creativity ,improve organizations' efficiency and realize the organizations' objectives. The performance appraisal system can avoid employee's turnover to some extent and help the enterprise attract, train, develop and reserve talent employees.At first the thesis states the background of choosing the topic and the meaning of studying it. Then it summarized the related domestic and international articles. Then it analyzed the basic principles and methods of the performance appraisal. On the basis of above, the thesis analyzed the present condition of the performance appraisal system for company TS. Concerning the deficiencies of TS Company's present performance appraisal system, such as irregular performance appraisal system, single appraisal method, and so on, the thesis puts forward to establish performance appraisal system. According to different administrative functions various appraisal objects, appraisal purpose and appraisal methods, the thesis design s appropriate performance appraisal. The thesis takes the performance feedback as the important component of the performance appraisal in order to improve the satisfaction of the employees during the procedure and ensure the good implement of performance appraisal.
