Under high tense market competition environment, how a company deals with the consuming lever increasing, market share re-divided, and the political, economical, culture and social dramatic changing become a problem now. Company has to focus on its own organization structure and working process and adopt BPR Idea to reengineer itself for keeping competition advantage and improving the core competition force.The first chapter of the article began with the background of The Business Process Reengineering Theory, explained the international study trend of the Theory and the function and significance that implementing the BPR takes to enterprise.The second chapter starts from the concept of BRP, educes the principle of Process Reengineering (core principle and operational principle), theoretical method (systematical design method and fresh design method). And introduces fundamental process of execute BPR.The third chapter takes A company for example as the case study. Analyses on A company's situation and some problem, discusses the significance of firm use strategic plan and Process Reengineering. And though analyzing the firm's outer and inner market environment start from firm's problem, uses systematical design method to rebuild organization process, research process, human resource process, marketing process, financial management process, manufacture process. In order to give our country's company to know how to use process reengineering.
