| With the implementation of the whole-process engineering consulting mode in the engineering consulting industry and the implementation of the architect responsible system,design enterprises show their relative technical advantages in providing integrated design consulting services for the whole-process engineering consulting projects.For whole-process engineering consulting,design is the key and planning is the precursor,and the core concept is guided by meeting the owner’s needs,integrating design solutions and considering the whole life cycle perspective of construction projects to improve the fragmentation of engineering consulting.Therefore,in this context,this paper focuses on design enterprises and explores the core competitiveness they should have as the leading party to carry out whole-process engineering consulting with high research value.Firstly,based on the combing of relevant research literature at home and abroad,this paper elaborates the concepts of whole-process engineering consulting,enterprise core competitiveness and value chain;secondly,the core competitiveness elements of design enterprises in leading whole-process engineering consulting are extracted by using value chain analysis and SWOT analysis,which are basic service capability,technology and innovation capability,human resource management capability,organizational management capability,market operation capability and brand influence.Then,the core competitiveness indexes were identified and optimized through literature research method and expert survey method,and 26 core competitiveness indexes were finally obtained by combining expert opinions,while the preliminary core competitiveness path model was constructed based on the index system and research hypothesis;subsequently,the sample data were collected by distributing questionnaires,and the reliability test was conducted to ensure the reasonableness of the data.The initial model was then fitted,evaluated and revised using AMOS software to obtain a structural equation model with good adaptability.Finally,conclusions are drawn based on the specific analysis of the model derived results,which show that the theoretical hypotheses are valid and each core competitiveness index has a significant positive influence,and the degree of influence is from strong to weak in the order of technology and innovation capability,organizational management capability,human resource management capability,market operation capability,basic service capability and brand influence.Based on the results of the study,suggestions for improving the core competitiveness of design-led full-process engineering consulting are proposed,and this study provides useful references for design-led full-process engineering consulting at the theoretical and practical levels. |
