| Tourism has become one of the newly-emerging industries nowadays, which are developing fastest and have most developing potential. In particular, it takes up an impotant position in the existence and development of the Geological Park. In recent years, the tourism of the YunTai Mountain has developed vigorously and also has certain scale, however, with the rapid development of tourism, the infrastructure quality, the tours service quality, the tour service price and the value of tour resources etc. which influenced the visitor's satisfaction seriously and ulteriorly influenced the healthy development of the Yun Tai Mountain. Consequently, it is an urgent subject to conduct research. Firstly, this paper gives an overview on the tourists' decision-making behavior,timespace behavior and tourists' satisfaction, and then explains the basic theories about tourists' behavior, Based on the research in related theories the paper builds a set of estimate system about tourists' satisfaction, which aims at the the infrastructure quality, the tours service quality, the tour service price and the value of tour resources etc. This paper carries out a number of questionnaires in relation to question such as tourism market,tourists'social attribute,the tourists' decision-making behavior,time-space behavior and tourists' satisfaction, and it adopts the following statistical methods such as the cross tab analysis,factor component analysis of five-scale test,the fuzzy appraisal and the regression analysis and so on. The research results indicate that: the tourists of the Yuntai Mountain mainly come from this provinces that Henans Hebei,Shandong,Shanxi and so on; the tourists that the age between 18-44 years holds the biggest proportion; the graduate and specialist tourists hold the biggest scale; the tourists that the occupation is company personnel account for 36.1 percent; the tourists who's month income is placed in the middle of 1200-3600yuan account for 64.6 percent; at the point of the household-structure, the tourists that hold one child that under 18 years old and that with childless couple are predominant; the recommend of the travel agent and friend is the main channels that the tourist gain tourism information; and the tourist that visit for two or three days account for a large proportion. The outcome of fuzzy-comprehensive appraisal show that the basic facilities of Parking space and safety,tickets,and the image of civilization and safety plays an positive effect upon the overall tourist's satisfaction; however, the charges for postal and telecommunication services and shopping play the inhibitory action. The overall satisfaction of visitors has a strong relevance with re-visit probability and recommend rate.In the end, this paper proposes the corresponding suggestion from the exploitation of the source of tourism market, the cooperation between tourism areas, and meliorating the infrastructure and servicing facility that combining the analysis results about tourism resource, tourists'market,tourists' behavior and tourists' satisfaction, and providing the reference for the Yuntai tourism area to develop healthily. |
