An Analysis On The Current Income Gap Between China's Trade And The Countermeasures Research

In recent years, the widening income gap among different trades in China has caused widespread concern of people from all works of life .The large income gap among different trades has a bad effect on the self-development of the industry, the concept of people's career, social ideology and social stability. What's more, it also run counter to our goal of building a "harmonious society". Therefore , narrowing the income gap among different trades to narrow the gap of social income distribution has a great significance for our country to achieve a "third-step" strategies and build a "fairness and justice" and "harmonious" society.The income gap among different trades mainly work in the following ways: the income gap between monopoly industries and competitive industries, between emerging industries and traditional industries, between different ownership, as well as between illegal irregular income caused by recessive industry income disparity. The most distinctive gap is between monopoly industries and the competitive industries , and this gap shows gradually expanding trend. A widening gap between the income of residents in China are caused by many reasons. Not only because the industry and its relevant characteristics, but also national policies tilted inseparable; Not only by China's market economic system and the distribution system, but also by unsound laws and regulations. In short, there are not only reasonable income gaps, but also unreasonable industry income gaps, there are still some illegal trades income disparity, which has aroused strong resentment among the community, and enlarged the actual gap between distribution of income, we should pay our full attention to it.This paper is divided into four sections. First of all, the article gets the large income gap conclusions through a series of specific data and information analysis and comparison. Second, from the Kuznets "inverted U hypothesis" theory, it analyses the trends of the income gap in China's future, and on the basis of the correct evaluation of the existing distribution system in China, it suggests what kind of distribution system is fair. Next, it analysis the reasons for the existence and impaction of the income gap among China's trades comprehensively and objectively. Finally, according to the reasons of the income gap among the industries, we put forward some countermeasures and proposals, and hope to ease the growing trend of the income gap among trades.
