This paper explores customer training design appraise and optimize method which use modern HR theory combined with project management, all that is based on Emerson training experience and teaching reform.This paper is different from traditional theory which not emphasizes on the absolute control of customer training and also gets rid of stiffness design mode. It starts to emphasize on the flexibility in the customer training system design which will bring benefit to the customer practice and creative ability. This paper will also reinforce the customer training system design theory.Research way mainly includes Project-exploitation,Lab-exploitation and Appraise-exploitation.Project-exploitation method is always used in big scale project of customer training, as customer management training project will be designed with customer together and also get comment from specialist in training area. Lab-exploitation match with scientific assume used for small scale training research. Appraise-exploitation method is only used for customer training appraise project.
