This article covers a study on competition strategy and the match of salary management strategy, an analysis on human resource, salary management and team spirit of the South Airline Financial Corporation, and the salary management theory in modern enterprise as well, aiming at the establishment of comprehensive strategic salary management based on objective evidence of post and job skill, job evaluation, eternal labor market etc.This article consists of five parts. Part 1:foreword , including purpose, scope, points and problems of current theory, theory basis, analysis, concept, method, experiment design, expectation, meaning and so on; Part 2:current salary management theory, specifying different view of salary management, basic concept and principle of salary design;Part3:study of competition strategy and the match of salary management strategy;Part4: salary management status and current issues of the South Airline Finance Corporation;Part5: optimized design of strategic salary management of the South Airline Financial Corporation.This article focuses on discussion of establishment on salary management based on the strategy of the company, combined the theory with the practice. The author used the method of literature reviewed, questionnaire, interview and comparison to seek a strategic salary management which is applicable to small and medium enterprise of national airline corporation.As the core of human resource strategy, the design and concept of the strategic salary management must be connected with the strategy development planning of the company closely. Take the salary issue and the design of salary management into the consideration on the development strategy, to make the benefit of the company incorporate with the value of employee.
