Since the reform and opening up program, the Chinese scholars pay more attention to the research of seller's salary scheme. They introduced many theories and methods of design scheme of seller's salary from other counties. During recent years, the study of seller's salary scheme had made great changes both in its depth and in its width. Instead of mainly introducing the theories and methods of western seller's salary scheme, the research keystone has changed to innovate the seller's salary scheme in accordance with our country's real situation as well as the enterprises administration practice.The object of this thesis mainly focuses on how to design the seller's salary scheme in timepiece industry and study it in a deep-going way by illustrating with example of the seller's salary scheme at company A. In view of the shortcomings in the seller's salary scheme in timepiece industry in force, the purpose of this thesis is to establish the new seller's salary scheme which coincide the development of timepiece industry and the needs of enterprises strategy under some basic theories, such as two-factor theory, marginal-productivity theory of wages, and so on. Adapting to the new seller's salary scheme can seep strategic management into the activity of human resource management. At the time of exertive leading function of itself seller's salary scheme, it can provide strong support of the growing of employee and developing of enterprise. The innovation points in this article lie in finding the problems of the seller's salary scheme at company A through analyzing it in depth, and establishing a new one to meet the developing requirements of both enterprises and employee by a careful consideration of timepiece industries' real situation.In addition, in-depth details on immaterial motivating, reasonable of the performance appraisal indication and the design request of the performance appraisal indication system are not touched upon in this thesis. The author hereby gives expression to the willingness of further study and discussion in the future.
