With the development of knowledge economy,the competition among enterprises is transformed into the competition of knowledge,information,innovation,etc.As the carrier of the creation,dissemination and utilization of these resources,knowledge workers play an increasingly important role in the enterprise,which are the key factors for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness,win and maintain competitive advantage.In the human resources management,the compensation incentive is the most effective and the most important way to exert the efficiency of human resources.For modern enterprises,how to maximize the knowledge workers,how to establish highly efficient,stable and dynamic team of knowledge workers is the key to the success of the enterprise in the future.An effective compensation optimization system can correctly guide the work motivation of employees,fully arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of employees,so that they can achieve their strategic goals while enhancing their ability to achieve their own value,and ultimately realize the common development of knowledge workers and enterprises.In this paper,a representative of Internet pharmaceutical company JK Company is chosen as an example to conduct empirical research on the compensation incentive mechanism of knowledge workers.The results of this study not only can provide reference for the construction of the knowledge workers' compensation optimization scheme,but also can be used for reference for other enterprises' knowledge workers' compensation optimization mechanism.First of all,the current situation of knowledge workers' compensation incentive in JK Company is analyzed.By using the method of the questionnaire survey,the compensation incentive mechanism of knowledge workers in JK Company is empirically analyzed in order to find out the problems of the current compensation system.In view of the problem,the relevant theory is used to optimize the design of the compensation system of knowledge workers,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.It is hoped that these countermeasures and suggestions can fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the employees,and effectively solve the problems related to the compensation incentive of knowledge workers in JK Company.
