In the modern market economy, salary administration has become an important part of human resources management for every enterprise around the world. Salary administration has direct effect on the enterprises'gaining and maintaining competitiveness. Under open economy and knowledge economic setting, Chinese enterprises are confronted with urgently restructuring human resources administrative system mostly. The core problem is how to build the scientific salary administration system.Being worth emphasizing that salary design is a job that need the combination of theory and practice closely:It needs not only scientific theory's guide, but also thinking sufficiently about actual condition of enterprise to ensure rationality, stability and operability of the salary fulfils scheme. In fact, different industry, different area different enterprise must design a scientific, high-effect and feasible salary system according to their respective characteristics. So we should apply scientific theory about human resources and salary administration to practice.As for a company of mining industry, the person who is good at geographical feature technology is the core human capital. Whether these talents are applied reasonably and they develop well in the future is related to a mining company's development. Because of mechanics of geology technician is special and particular, the salary design to these peoples can not copy other work position simply. It needs to design a set of suitable salary system specially aiming at the geology technical personnel.The main body of this paper is the analysis of a case with Chengdu LH mining industry CO.,LTD. The author according to industry, area and company's concrete characteristic, being guided by the principles of management relevance theory, strives to design out a set of scientific and systematic salary payment about geology technician, and to apply it into practice. The study's value, not only depends on guiding a concrete salary administration of a LH CO., LTD, but also may have an effect on drawing lessons to other companies of mining industry in the same circumstances.On the theory and the principle basis in salary administration,the paper analyzed marketplace supply and demand of the geology technician firstly. Then I fulfilled a comparative analysis to geology technician's salary level of LH CO.,LTD, and find out salary system defects and causes, bring forward the target that salary administration and design a train of thought. At last, By carrying out financial affairs budget and the forecast putting effect into practice on the scheme, I designed pertinent supporting system, ensure that fine changing salary system works. The paper is composed of six parts:Chapter 1:Introduction. To introduced brief the background of the article, the method studying purpose and significance,and studying content.Chapter 2:The relevance theory about salary administration. Including the position of salary administration in business administration, the content of salary administration; the procedure and principle of salary fulfils.Chapter 3:The analysis of LH CO., LTD salary system and the managing current situation. Through a comparative analysis to geology technician's salary level of LH CO., LTD find out salary system defects and causes.Chapter 4:the train of thought and the scheme of LH CO., LTD geology technician salary system designs.Chapter 5:Operation ensures to LH CO., LTD's salary system. Including mainly:organization adjustment and personnel forming a complete set; relevance system; financial affairs resource ensurance; handling the scheme risk and keep watch.Chapter 6:Conclusions and the problems studying further. This paper designed a package that has a strong operational, can be immediately applied to the LH mining company's management practice, it has played a leading effect on other aspects of the company's strategic management. The question is worth studying further, how the salary system and integration of enterprise development strategies, creating a virtuous interaction.
