Applied Research On Project Management In The Earlier Period Consultation Of The Environmental Sanitation Engineering

Project management, as a new branch of learning of management science, has already been proven to be one kind of successful pattern of management in many countries all over the world. The theories and methods of project management are being introduced one after another in many areas in China. Environmental sanitation industry, which has just coming into the fast period of expansion, is an emerging industry with bright future. But, currently, there is almost no systematic research and relevant regulation in the area of project management in the consultation of environmental sanitation engineering, because it starts late in our country. So it is important and urgent to have a comprehensive research on project management in the consultation of environmental sanitation engineering to meet quality requirement today. Therefore, the conception was proposed that applying the project management scientific method in the earlier period consultation of the environmental sanitation engineering.This research ha got achievements according to orders of practicing following theories, focal point following whole, institution level following project level, and studied through methods of systematic investigation, comparing and analyzing, case analyzing and so on. The goal of this research is to form a scientific and practical method and system, which is in order to manage and control the entire process of the project, for project management in the earlier period consultation of the environmental sanitation engineering. Moreover, the science practical solution was provided to solve the key questions which consultation institutions of environmental sanitation attention in the consultation projects management.Through research, some suggestions about managing relationships with project stakeholders, designing organizational structure and constructing the project team that is suitable for the earlier period consultation of the environmental sanitation engineering are presented. The research innovatively proposed a set of scientific method system, which can be used in the management of the earlier period consultation of the environmental sanitation engineering. In addition, some practical operative technique and methods, which is proposed for consultation institutions of environmental sanitation, covering the project scope management, time management and the quality control in the practical work, are proposed in the case application foundation.
