This paper intends to seek a way to optimize the company's process, in order to fundamentally improve the key indicators of performance, such as speed, quality, cost, service, and so on, and ultimately enhance their core competitiveness.This paper first introduces what is the process management, including the definition, essence, the promoting significance, and the differences between business process management mode and functions of management mode and the relationships between process management and other projects in the second chapter. The third chapter gives a brief introduction of the basic situation, organizational structure, business structure, industrial environment, and the strategic development objectives of the company. The fourth chapter includes the analysis and diagnosis of company's interior or exterior environment, and the identification and analysis of the core business processes to identify the causes of the problems. According to the process management theory, we optimize the processes.The application of Business Process Management Theory to the study of organization change of water enterprises is a useful experiment, and also is a development for other enterprises.
