The alienation of science and technology not only threaten the healthy development of human and society, but also threaten the ecological environment which is the foundation of human existence and development, eventually will threaten human free and full development. At the same time, human's development play a tremendous impact on the progress of science and technology. First, the needs of human development and practical activities is the driving force which promoting the progress of science and technology, second, the development level of human constraints the level of science and technology, finally, The development of human is the value of science and technology. On this basis, this paper pointed out the principle of realizing the benign interaction between science and technology and human development.
