Study On Evaluation Index System For Ability Of Enterprise Independent Innoration Based On Knowledge Management

Recently, some research institutes and scholars in home and abroad explore and research on evaluation of enterprises independent innovation, which promotes the cultivation and enhancement of enterprises independent innovation, however, limited work probes into the evaluation of enterprises independent innovation from the view of knowledge management. In order to guide the enterprise to change economic growth way, to change the sources of competitive ability and to make up the deficiency of existing research, this dissertation developed some novel methodologies to enrich the existing and the previous theoretical achievements so as to promote cultivation and enhancement of enterprises independent innovation.In the research process, many methods are adopted comprehensively such as documents research: method, factor analytic method, comparative analytic method with aids of higher Mathematics method and computer application, with synthesis of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, systematical analysis and dialectical analysis. It follows the logical system from independent innovation theory, evaluative index system, and assessment method to practical analysis. From a new perspective, the dissertation establishes a comparatively perfect theoretical system frame for enterprises independent innovation and conducts some practical research.This dissertation carries on a comparatively profound and systematical research into the current evaluation of enterprises independent innovation, and proposes the connotation of enterprises independent innovation based on knowledge management and clarifies concerned concepts. Through fundamental research and practical research this dissertation analyzes, recognizes and summarizes four elements including resources, management, administration, technology which work together to form a dynamic system. The dissertation analyzes and constructs the evaluation frame system from the dimension of knowledge management. The dissertation chooses evaluation index by using expert investigation and statistical analysis method, and constructs the evaluation index system scientifically based on knowledge management, which has 34 indexes and 20 other indexes, and probes into the comprehensive evaluation methods in assessing enterprises independent innovation. And then the paper researches the evaluation method.This dissertation synthesizes of theoretical research and the actual materials in a papermaking enterprise in China with utilization of Delphi and in practical analysis to prove its scientific and feasibility. Finally, the dissertation puts forward the strategy in cultivation and promotes enterprise's independent innovation.
