Since the reform and opening up policy, China's scientific and technologicaldevelopment and industrial structure constitutes a major change. However, facedwith the rapid changes in science and technology innovation and technologicalupgrading of the main features of international competition is becoming fiercer andfiercer in short. China's weak independent innovation capability has gradually becomea bottleneck in the development. Accelerating to improve the capability ofindependent innovation is the important task in "the 11th Five-Year Plan" period toguide China's economic development. This is the urgent needs to accelerate thetransformation of the mode of economic growth and promote the optimization andupgrading of industrial structure, also enhance China's comprehensive nationalstrength and competitiveness.For the automobile industry, the problem of weak independent innovationability and vacant independent brands is particularly acute, the strategy of "marketfor technology" in the past 20 years, not only failed to improve China's autoindustry's capability of independent innovation. But also Chinese joint ventures led toalmost lose our own research and development capabilities, created a "VacantCalcium" car giant. Faced with China's automobile industry lack of own coreintellectual property rights, and serious loss of own research and developmentcapabilities, none of an independent brand, Independent innovation of China'sautomobile industry becomes particularly important.Based on China's own enterprises innovative features and the status quo, fromthe perspective of knowledge management Mechanisms, this paper analyses theMechanisms of the enterprises to enhance our capability for independent innovation,clarifies the impact and change of knowledge management Mechanisms into theindustry of independent innovation process itself, shows the theory of scientific andfeasibility to combine knowledge management with the enterprises independentinnovation process, determinates the theory basis of implementation of knowledgemanagement into the process of the enterprises independent innovation, Then plays acertain role of the theoretical guidance to our automobile independent innovationpractice. So research results have some practical significance. In this paper, the basic concepts of the framework are:Chapter 1 from the background and practical significance analyzes theimportance and urgency of our independent innovation, and then states the purposeand methods of this research, focuses on comprehensive analysis of domestic andforeign scholars on knowledge management and independent innovation researchresults.Chapter 2 analyzes the path chooses, basic model and innovation portfolio ofEnterprises independent innovation, raises the major initiatives of enterprisesindependent innovation strategy.Chapter 3 gives the definition of knowledge management Mechanisms, andexplains its contents and features, combines the features of China's automotiveindustry independent innovation, from the process and systems theory perspective,focuses on knowledge management Mechanisms of the seven components: knowledgemanagement objectives Mechanisms, security Mechanisms, collection andaccumulation Mechanisms, learning and sharing Mechanisms, innovationMechanisms, incentive Mechanisms and assessment Mechanisms.Chapter4 deeply and detailed analyzes of interaction Mechanisms of theknowledge management Mechanisms to improve the capability of Enterprisesinnovation, and knowledge management interacts in the process of independentinnovation mode, initiatives and the influence factors and how to introduceknowledge management into Enterprises independent innovation process, which arediscussed and researched. And then proceeds the general pattern and special pattern ofknowledge management interact to Enterprises the capability of independentinnovation, and Enterprise knowledge flow to enhance independent innovationcapability.Chapter 5 from the case study of the Chinese automobile industry's own processof innovation analyzes the micro-level impact in the process of Cherry independentinnovation in the introduction course of knowledge management, from the practicecertifies implementation of knowledge management tendency in the process ofindependent innovation. As the focus of the study, this paper is intended to improveCherry automobile capability of independent innovation form knowledge management Mechanisms, and analyzes implementation of knowledge managementideas and models in the process of Cherry automobile independent innovation.Chapter 6 has a preliminary study to Cherry automobile, tries to explain how toplay the role of knowledge management in the process of automobile industryindependent innovation in the knowledge-based economy in China, and providestheoretical guidance for our automobile industry independent innovation, so thatresearch findings have practical significance.
