| As China's economic construction is now in its flying period, many kinds of contradictions present to us, in which the most serious one is uncoordinated development between urban and rural areas. The problem of'Two-part Economic'has become the focus problem in the proceed of the China's economic and social sustainable development. Therefore, how to promote the coordinated development between the tow kinds of the areas contributes to the human. The thesis deals with the problem in the angle of rural labor transfer.With the pushing effect the rural labor transfer to the coordinated development as the broken point, the thesis constructs the indicator system of coordination degree of urban and rural areas development. Taking Shandong and Henan as examples, the thesis also gives us a comprehensive comparative evaluation。There are seven parts in the thesis. The first part is introduction. The thesis introduces the study purpose, the study methods, the difficulty and the weak points.The second part is the international and national present study situation and practice comparison. The thesis gives us an outline of the international and national study condition on rural labor transfer and the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in the micro and macro aspects. Then, the thesis comprehensive commentates the related theories. Lastly, the thesis makes a international contrastive study between rural labor transfer and the coordinated development between urban and rural areas.The third part is the rural labor transfer mode compare and the mechanism. Beginning with the two provinces'overall conditions, the thesis gives us a comprehensive comparable study on the rural labor transfer mode, and does a quantitative study on the regional nonequilibrium degree of two provinces'rural labor transfer. At last, the mechanism of the regional unbalance has been analyzed.The fourth part is the compare study of the pushing effect the rural labor transfer to the coordinated development between urban and rural areas. At the beginning, the thesis introduces the content of the coordinated development between urban and rural areas, then on the basis, the thesis raises five pushing effects: population denominator pushing effect, regional multiplier pushing effect, spatial gathering pushing effect, urban and rural areas interactive pushing effect and integrated optimizing pushing effect.The fifth part is the compare assessment of rural labor transfer and the coordinated development between urban and rural areas. Firstly, the thesis builds the indicator system of rural labor transfer and the coordinated development between urban and rural areas. Then, taking Shandong and Henan as examples, the thesis does a comprehensive assessment。The sixth part is policy choice. This part gives us the advices to promote the rural labor transfer and the coordinated development between urban and rural areas in the terms of the government, the urban areas and the rural areas.The last part is conclusions and discussions. This part gives the conclusions and the discussions of the thesis. The third, fourth and fifth parts are the main body of the thesis.Bases on the field survey and the integrated use of multiple subjects knowledge of geography, demography, sociology, philosophy, development economics and spatial economics, the thesis makes a study using various research methods of significant, system theory, and social economical investigation, such as the combination of analysis of textual of document and filed survey, the combination of vertical and teraservers comparison, the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis and the combination of communication and interaction.By the analysis, we can obtain the conclusions as follows: rural labor transfer mode of Shandong province is sucking style, while that of Henan province is export style; rural labor transformation can effectively promote the rural and urban coordinated development by five pushing force; by the calculation, we can know the rural labor transfer and the coordinated development degree of both Shandong and Henan is relatively low, but the degree of Shandong is a little higher than that of Henan. |
