Rural Labor Migration And Coordinated Development Of Urban-rural Areas

For each country,it is commonly and unavoidable that workforce will transfer from traditional agricultural industry to modern industry and services.This is also the only way to realize modern economy growth.Rural labor migration is not only a crucial issue we must face on the way to industrialization but also a basic solution to solve issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers in China and a main content to achieve coordinated development of urban-rural areas.In this paper, we use the resources of Qingdao's rural labor force in recent years and analyze its characteristics and problem in the transfer at the basic of the results of previous studies.We study these issues and put forward the countermeasure of coordinated development of urban and rural areas at the theory of coordinated development of urban and rural areas.There are four parts in the thesis.1.The paper expounds the study background, purpose and the significance,introduces the structure and research methods,and defines the relevance concept.2.The article describes introduces the state of the transfer of rural labor force of China, including the causes,course and status quo of rural surplus labor force.At the basis of empirical research, the article uses Qingdao resources of the rural labor force and analyzes the basic characteristics and problems in terms of age,education, vocational skills,training, willingness and intention to transfer.3. Article analyzes the problems of the transfer of rural labor employment in Qingdao, mainly including the policy, organization, employment environment and the rural labor force themselves.4.The paper puts forward the proposals to promote the employment of rural labor force on the basis of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and the specific objectives of transfer of rural labor force in Qingdao combination of situation of Qingdao's rural labor transfer.
