Study On The Benefit Evaluation Of Land Use System In The Context Of Urban-rural Coordinated Development

With the development of new urbanization,land use and allocation become the key in the process of construction.At present,limited land resources are difficult to meet the needs of social and economic development.On the other hand,unreasonable land use and destruction cause serious waste of land resources.Therefore,it is an important way to solve the shortage of land resources to base on the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,to improve the efficiency of land use and to alleviate the contradiction between man and land.The comprehensive benefit evaluation of the land use system is helpful to better understand the current land use situation and provide data reference and corresponding development countermeasures for improving the efficiency of urban and rural land use in the future.From the angle of coordinated development of urban and rural areas,this paper takes the urban and rural land use system of Lanzhou as the research object,the research content mainly includes: 1.Combined with the level of social and economic development and the present situation of land use in Lanzhou City,26 index factors were selected to construct the evaluation system of urban and rural land use system benefit in Lanzhou from the three aspects of social benefit,economic benefit and ecological benefit.According to the statistical yearbook and survey data,using z-score method in SPSS to standardize the index,Delphi method and AHP analytic hierarchy process are used to empower the index,and the comprehensive evaluation model and coupling coordination degree model are used to evaluate 201.The benefit and coordination of urban and rural land use system in Lanzhou City from 2 to 2016 were analyzed.The comprehensive evaluation results provide corresponding suggestions for the futureThe results show that:(1)by constructing the evaluation system of urban and rural land use system in Lanzhou,the comprehensive benefit of urban and rural land use system in Lanzhou from 2012 to 2016 can be more reasonably reflected,and the overall comprehensive benefit of urban and rural land use system in Lanzhou is increasing continuously.It reflects that Lanzhou has been advancing its social undertakings in depth in the 13 th Five-Year Plan,regional economic cooperation has developed steadily,and the ecological construction system of urban and ruralareas has been continuously improved.The adjustment of land use structure is constantly optimized.(2)the social and economic benefits of urban and rural land use in Lanzhou have changed obviously,and the growth rate of ecological benefit has been slow.Therefore,in the future planning,we should maintain the steady growth of social and economic benefits at the same time.More attention should be paid to the improvement of ecological benefit.(3)the coordination degree of urban and rural land use system was increased from 0.30 to 0.57.According to the actual situation of urban and rural land use in Lanzhou City,four countermeasures are proposed:(1)Improving the land management system and improve the land use management level;(2)Adhering to the construction of ecological civilization and to realize the sustainable development of land;(3)Optimizing the industrial structure of urban and rural areas and promote the integration of urban and rural areas.
