A Research Of Coordination Degree Of Urban And Rural Construction Land

Chengdu Plain land use zone, whose demand for the constructionland is increasing, is the most dynamic economic region in the west of China. Atpresent, according to the use for urban and rural construction land in the ChengduPlain land use zone, however, we are faced with the situation in which the land forurban construction is not enough. At the same time, there exists the phenomenonthat the land resources in rural residential are wasted. Therefore, this thesis takes thecoordinating relation and interaction in urban and rural areas’ construction landunder the background of urban-rural coordinating development as a point ofpenetration, adopting the method which combines the Qualitative Method withQuantitative Method to evaluate the coordination degree of the urban and ruralconstruction land in Chengdu Plain land use zone. This thesis strives to be asobjective and accurate as possible to reflect the coordination degree between theurban construction land and the land for the rural residential land through scientificcalculation methods, thus providing a theoretical basis for the formulation ofgovernment policies related to land.This thesis mainly adopts principal component analysis, the model of Increaseand Decrease Connection of Urban and Rural Construction Land, theentire-array-polygon indictor method to open up discussion, surrounding theevaluation of urban and rural construction land. As for the contents, this thesis, firstof all, introduces some basic information, such as research background, researchsignificance, research ideas and so on. At the same time, the research progress ofrelated problems of land use at home and abroad are also summarized. Secondly, Onthe basis of research theory, this article discussed the new relationship of interaction and coordination between urban and rural construction land under the background ofurban-rural coordinating development. Thirdly, the model of Increase and DecreaseConnection of Urban and Rural Construction Land and The entire-array-polygonindictor method are adopted to research the coordination degree on urban and ruralconstruction land. Then combined with the results of the study area, and putsforward the Countermeasures Finally, having been summarized, this thesis drawsresearch conclusions.Through the above research, the thesis concluded:(1)Under the background of urban-rural coordinating development, thereemerge the interaction relationship of the shift in numbers’ increasing anddecreasing as well as the coordination relationship.(2)The use in urban and rural construction land of the Chengdu Plain land usezones tends from disorder, immoderation to controllable and ordered state.(3)Under the propelling of the "integration of urban and rural development"policy, coordination degree of urban and rural construction land in the ChengduPlain land use zones get improved, though not stable, but the coordination system ofurban and rural areas’ construction land is forming.
