With the development of socioeconomic and the improvement of the people's living standards, traveling has already become one of family's important life style in China. As one new trend, family tourism will affect the development of tourism and pulling inner needs. Family's tourism comsumption is worth investigating in today of flourishing tourism. Based on lots of investigation of materials and questionnaire survey, this thesis makes a deep study on tourist consumption for Zibo. The basic theory of the paper is ethnology, marketing, psychics, economics, demotics, management science and so on.The tourism consumption of citizen family shows three stages of bud, beginning and marching according to the watershed of Reform in 1978. The trend of citizen family structure is studied carefully,as well as tourism needs of different families.The decision model of family tourism consumption is constructed through the analysis on family travelling motive. There are a lot of factors which affect the decision-making of family's tourism comsumption, among which they are mainly children, family incoming, family life cycle and so on. Also there are many questions in family tourism consumption such as irrational consumption structure, neglect of needs of modern core family, lack of particular product and feeble marketing and so on.Secondly,on the base of full analysis of the intercoummunity and otherness of tourism comsumption of citizen family in Zibo, the paper indicates there are some new characteristics in citizen family tourism consumption. To study today's family tourism comsuption is maily from four angles of tourism-consumption concept, tourism-consumption style, tourism-consumption level and tourism-consumption construct.At the end,standing on the preferance and questions of citizen family tourism consumption some pieces of advice are given to the development of the tourism industry, and for citizen family tourism market it should be carried through Market Segmentation&Positioning Research, advising the operator of tourist industry to take the the way of marketing and relying mainly on marketing tactics of the network.There are some innovations in this paper.First,multi-disciplinary knowledge and large number of investigation materials are taken here to analyze the decision-making process and expense characteristics of family tourism consumption and to make the forecast to the future family tourism consumer market and traveling demands. Second, children's affects and funcitons to the family tourism decision-making are analyzed here. Meanwhile, it is undoubted that the change of the family structure will affect its needs and consumption concept. But the effect to tourism of this kind of change has never been studied profoundly by now, which makes it be the contents studied in the future.
