A Study Of Government Supervision On Construction Engineering Quality In Jiaxing

With the continuous development of our socialism market economy, administration on construction engineering quality shows incongruity with it, and supervision and administration on construction engineering quality are to be further reformed. This thesis attempts to put forward direction and measures on how to develop and perfect construction engineering supervision in Jiaxing.This thesis illustrates characteristics and activities of construction engineering quality supervision and administration in China, and points out the task that engineering quality supervision organizations have in China and the role that administration plays in engineering quality control.By analyzing some models on engineering quality supervision and administration practiced in several industrialized countries, this thesis sums up some characteristics they have.The thesis also illustrates how government supervision on engineering quality evolves and operates, and analyzes the problems in government supervision mechanism and practice in construction engineering in Jiaxing, indicating consequently its meaning in studying Jiaxing's construction engineering quality supervision.By referring to overseas advanced experience in construction engineering quality administration, the thesis analyzes the characteristics in engineering quality supervision and administration, and, based on Jiaxing's current situation, constructs development direction for engineering quality administration system practical in Jiaxing. Aiming at the problems in the mechanism and practice in engineering quality supervision in Jiaxing, the thesis puts boldly forward suggestion on how to perfect the mechanism and methods of engineering quality supervision in Jiaxing, and some practical reform measures.
