Study On Supervision Engineering Quality Control For Residential Community Project

The project quality not only concerns the result of program investment,but also the construction completed is involved directly in people's daily life and is related with the nation's and people's life and property safety, so the residential buildings'quality is the key point of supervisor control. During the construction, the proprietors'explicit requirements and implied requirements are turned to the engineering products, and it is the last stage of the completion of the construction products. As a result, the quality control in this stage is quite important to the formation of the whole project products'quality, and to strengthen the quality control in construction period is the key stage during the supervisor control.With the continuous development of economic construction, at present, the construction supervision system in our country has become widespread in the field of construction of the implementation of a project management system. Since 1988, our country gradually implement supervision system, a total of experienced three stages: pilot stage (1988-1993), a stage of stable development (1993-1995) and comprehensive development stage (1996-present), after years of effort, to project legal person responsibility system for guiding the construction project management hugely liberating the productive forces and the construction enterprise organization of construction way has had the profound change.Construction supervision system, the implementation of the project management in many years of practice, play an important role, and achieved remarkable results, and caused the construction field widely recognized. With the continuous improvement of the construction supervision system, our country construction as a batch of Shanghai world financial center, "bird's nest", "water cube", the qingzang railway, the attention of the world super-tall, big span and high-tech content of engineering, make the world countries sit up and take notice.From the view point of the supervisor and combining the successful experiences of one residential community, this paper puts forward some solutions to the present quality problems of the residential community.
