Study On Analysis Of Urban Land Reserve Management Effectiveness

Urban land assembles a large number of materialization of human labor,which is an important component of the city's assets.The supply situation of urban land is directly related to a city's development space,development potential and the direction of development. With multi-supply of land and poor land management situations,the effectiveness of the reserve management system came into being in recent years.What's the success of urban land reserve management,criterion for judging the success,and how to design effective land reserves quantitative evaluation of these indicators,which is the main starting point for the paper,also is the key resolution of this paper.Analysis of Urban Land Reserve is the effective way to protect urban land reserve management system,which also plays an indispensable and important role in sustainable development of the urban land reserve.Based on lessons of related research results at home and abroad,the paper is discussing the urban land reserve management evaluation methods, and using empirical analysis for Jiangjin District,Chongqing Municipality.The core of the thesis is to explore an effective evaluation of urban land-effective way,and provide a reference for the operational efficiency evaluation of urban land.Finally,the paper is to offer reference for promoting the related policy for operational efficiency of urban land reserves.The whole paper is divided into six parts.The first part is introduction in which sketches an overview of the research background and the research significance,then put forward the thesis of ideas and research methods.The second part in which introduces the conception of land reserve and operating and its theoretical basis.The third part is on the study the actual operating on the land reserves in district which of Jiangjin in Chongqing,inturducing the background of land reserves business in Jiangjin and modes of land reserve operation in Jiangjin district The fourth part is the core technology of article,from the principles and objectives of the establishment of a index system,the composition of the index system,based on the model of coordination of land reserves,and other aspects of operational efficiency elaborate on the operational effectiveness of the urban land reserve evaluation system.The fifth part is the focus of the article,using the above methods on Jiangjin District empirical study,drawing the results of Jiangjin land reserves,forecasting the business prospects of s Jiangjinland reserve;the level of development is comparison of coordination but the most distance state still greater potential to be tapped.In the guidelines layer,coordination of the sort orde r is:social level＞environmental benefits level＞economic efficiency,there is the potential for Jiangjin urban land reserve management lever for social,and a lack of environmental and economic benefits,paying attention to the course of potential future land reserves business.The sixth parties is according to evaluation of results and the realities of urban land area,proposing Jiangjin reserves management solutions.Finally,the thesis of this study need to be explored or in the future to solve the problems.
