LUCC research is the core domain in the whole world environmental variation. Our country's research need diverser research region, needs to strengthen, the microscopic criterion research. Is being in the large-scale LUCC change which the economical fast development time our country urbanization process causes to appear especially noticeably.the cities will be the region economy development core and the carrier, the cities construction expand with the place space become day by day present and even the future land utilization change main characteristic, becomes one of important reasons which the Chong qing host city farming will reduce, will be threatening the food security. The urbanization is to be obvious in Chong qing host city expansion area expecially in Nan'an area. Strengthens correlation research which this local cities construction uses to expand, enhances the simulation, the forecast as well as regulative ability which the cities land utilization expands, the formulation has the forward-looking cities construction to use to expand the regulative policy, the reasonable protection farming has the important practice significance.Since this article take the Chong qing directly under Nan'an area fast urbanization, the construction has used the actual situation which the big area expands as the research background, take the city land utilization theory as the rationale, uses mathematics quantitative analysis and the GIS technology passes quantity change to the Nan'an area and the spatial differentiation which 9 years construction uses to expand has made the multianalysis. In summarized the characteristic and in the rule foundation which the construction uses to expand, has analyzed the factor which the influence Nan'an area construction uses to expand, also the natural condition, the traffic factor, the economical development and the policy factor, have selected the appraisal target in this foundation, has established the appraisal system, utilizes the GIS space analysis technology, through the index factor grid (Grid) space simulation, future 5 year cities constructions will use the scale and the scope through the grid merge forecast which will expand. Through the research, this article has mainly formed following conclusion:(1)Through uses quantity change and the spatial differentiation research to 1997～2005 years construction which expands, indicated the Nan'an area construction with the place expansion several aspect fixed factor influence, has certain regularity, thus may through the establishment forecast model, forecast the future will construct the direction which will use to expand.(2) Uses the scope and the scale through the forecast Nan'an area construction which expands instructs this local the land utilization, this method has the feasibility. Because the region construction must carry out some concrete administrative unit in the final analysis with the place expansion and the use, only then these administrative unit land utilization condition improved, the entire region can achieve the land resource the sustainable use.(3) Future several years construction will use through this research discovery Nan'an area to expand still concentrates in several big industry garden area, but saved the intensive use land imperative, the land suitability appraisal and the land utilization plan organic synthesis, has made the beneficial exploration for the future land utilization plan in the method.
