| Bumout has attracted many researchers' attention in recent years. It is including emotional exhaustion, exhaustion, cynicism and inefficacy. The study on "travel-guide's job bumout" is just starting in domestic. This paper is writing for discover the present situation and the root of travel-guide's job bumout in China, discuss countermeasures to prevent and alleviate travel-guide's job bumout in this foundation, fulfill the theory of travel-guide's job bumout and provide effective suggestion for prevent and alleviate travel-guide's job bumout.This study was to explore the relationship between job satisfaction, job stress, personality traits, social support and bumout, to achieve the following aims: first, to learn the burnout levels of travel-guides; Second, to explore the impact of different demographic variables on travel-guides' burnout levels; Third, to explore the relationship between the job satisfaction and burnout of travel-guides; Fourth, to explore the relationship between the job stress and burnout of travel-guides; Fifth, to explore the relationship between the job LOC and burnout of travel-guides; Sixth, to explore the relationship between social support and burnout of travel-guides; Seventh, to explore the effect that job satisfaction, job stress, personality traits, social support has on bumout of travel-guides.The findings and conclusions were as follows:(1) Travel-guides possess high levels of bumout, especially the emotional exhaustion is serious.(2)Demographic variables have different impact on burnout of travel-guides.(3)There is a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and bumout of travel-guides.(4) There is a significant positive correlation between job stress and bumout of travel-guides.(5) There is a significant negative correlation between LOC and bumout of travel-guides.(6) There is a significant negative correlation between social support and bumout of travel-guides. (7) Job satisfaction, job stress, LOC, social support have an significant influence on burnout of travel-guides. |
