The Sinohydro Corporation Group Organization Structure Study

China construction industry will meet new challenges and opportunities following the opening of construction market little by little after China became a member of WTO. Currently our state-owned construction enterprise groups were established under the administrative order, some shortage has existed in organization structure from their establishment, the sinohydro corporation group is just so, and established late although, most of members of the the sinohydro corporation group have long history, which made large contribution during construction of hydropower projects. The organization structure of the sinohydro corporation group showing many corrupt practices which have effect on development of construction industry as result of special history and long-term running under the planned economy, and is getting unfit the requirements of development of market economic. Reasonability and reformation of organization structure of state-owned enterprise is urgent.In this article, we study organization structure of the sinohydro corporation group, combine organization structure characteristic of construction enterprise groups from Japan and USA, and other developed countries, analyze problems existed in organization structure of the sinohydro corporation group, By consulting cases of domestic and overseas advanced enterprises, of which organization of structure are optimized and adjusted successfully, and using for reference of experience of revolution of the sinohydro corporation group in recent years, countermeasure and direction are pointed which are for reasonability of organization structure of the sinohydro corporation group. Through this study we hope it could help to adjust and optimize the sinohydro corporation group organization structure, quicken reform step of enterprise group management.
